Responsible Sourcing
All paper and board substrates are available in FSC-certified options, ensuring materials originate from responsibly managed forests. We work exclusively with suppliers who share our commitment.
Carbon Management
As a Toitū Envirocare certified business, we measure, manage, and reduce our carbon footprint. Annual independent verification ensures our data is accurate and reduction targets are meaningful.
Zero Board Waste
100% of our non-laminated board waste is recycled. We work continuously to reduce total waste at source, with any board that can't be recycled diverted from landfill through alternative processing.
Eco-Friendly Inks
We use vegetable and soy-based inks across our press operations — derived from renewable resources, with lower VOC emissions than petroleum-based alternatives, and more easily recycled from substrates.
Efficient Manufacturing
Our Heidelberg CX102 press incorporates energy-efficient technology and advanced makeready systems that reduce substrate waste on each press run. Continuous improvement in energy usage is a core operational target.
Local Production
Manufacturing in Auckland means shorter supply chains and significantly reduced freight emissions compared to offshore production. Our clients' packaging travels shorter distances — from our facility to their warehouse or retail partners.
