Structural Design
For packaging projects, our team creates or reviews dielines and structural formats to ensure your carton is engineered for your product and production method.

Prepress & Proofing
Our prepress team checks your files for print-readiness and produces calibrated colour proofs for your approval before anything reaches press.

Offset Printing
Our Heidelberg CX102 six-colour press produces consistent, high-quality results across every sheet. Colour is monitored throughout the run using spectrophotometry.

Die Cutting
Precision die cutting ensures every carton, label, and shaped print is cut accurately to spec — with clean edges and exact registration to the printed sheet.

Gluing & Assembly
Our automated box gluer handles straight-line and crash-lock carton styles in-house — completing the full packaging process under one roof.

Quality Inspection
Every job is inspected before it leaves our facility. We check colour, registration, cutting, gluing, and finishing against your approved proof and specification.

Warehousing
We offer short-term warehousing for completed orders where required — giving you flexibility on call-off quantities and delivery scheduling.

Delivery
We coordinate delivery to your door or warehouse across New Zealand using our own fleet — or you can collect from our Penrose facility.
